I strive the help people to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life, through healthy habits, balanced diet and exercise program for success. I believe everyone can find success with the right plan and a little support, no matter what age, what financial situation, or lifestyle there is a plan for you.
About 5 years ago I started to look into how to make an actual change in lifestyle. Something that was sustainable and going to stick. The first 2 years I tried a few different cookbooks, fad diets and lots of walking (5k + a day) etc.
I had lost the weight I was looking to lose and then slowly old habits started to slip back in, and so did the weight. So instead of letting things get out of control again I took action, I thought well time to join the gym!
This was the start of my love for fitness and all things related. At first I was nervous and I stuck to the treadmill where I felt safe, and then I slowly started to try the machines. Once I felt I knew the machines I started looking on TikTok and Instagram for workouts I could do in my gym.
I wasn’t really seeing results, I was never really sure if I was doing it right, or if I was using the right muscle group. And after a year of injury after injury from not really knowing what I was doing…..
I got a coach who made a specialized plan and meal plan JUST FOR ME! with my needs in mind and finally it started to click.
With foods I enjoyed already and was already eating and new and fun movements.
And that experience made me want to share my love and passion for a living the fullest life you can with the help of the right person and the support of others.
What a beautiful gift to watch someone flourish
